Tokyo Tower Bend

Out today shooting some of the effects of the earthquake in Tokyo. So different to Friday night. Less crowded, less manic; especially in Shibuya where I was trapped on Friday night. Today the massive TV screens that over look the famous Hachiko crossing were shut off to save power. Most striking however was when I went over to see the top of Tokyo Tower which was bent by the whiplash of the quake.

Look carefully at the images above they look kind of normal but are not quite right.

Going to be some sweeping power cuts over the next few day will try to keep in touch when I have power.

Talk soon
